This privacy policy applies to the Rotowire app (the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by RotowirePH Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory, but some features may not work unless you register.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

This Application may collect your device's approximate location, which helps the Service Provider in the following ways:

• Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. Automatically collected information is retained for up to 24 months and may then be stored in aggregate.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data submitted through the Application, please contact support@matchwave.ph. Some or all user-provided data may be required for the Application to function properly.

Our legal basis for processing personal data is primarily based on user consent, obtained when you install and use the Application.
