Application Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Rotowire app (the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by RotowirePH Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Service Provider"), and offered as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of the Application
You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the Application or any part of it. All related intellectual property remains the property of the Service Provider.
2. Service Availability and Modifications
The Service Provider aims to keep the Application useful and efficient. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
If charges are introduced for services, users will be informed in advance.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device.
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to lack of connectivity or if you exceed your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's terms may still apply and you may incur additional charges.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content or accuracy of these services.
5. Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application to improve performance, fix issues, or support new operating systems. You agree to accept updates when provided.
The Service Provider may terminate the Application at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While the Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the Application, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
The Application relies on data from third parties, and the Service Provider is not liable for losses resulting from the use of or reliance on the Application.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are effective as of 2025-06-30.
8. Language Versions
These Terms and Conditions are originally written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience only.
In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
